Refund policy
We appreciate your business at Elite Vitality. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
External/Visible Damage:
- If you notice external damage during transport, please make a note on the receipt and ask for the carrier’s driver signature. This helps address any potential issues later.
Concealed Damage:
- If you find damage after unpacking the boxes, considered concealed damage, contact us immediately. Keep all original packaging and damaged items. Concealed damage claims must be filed within 3 business days of delivery.
How to Receive Your Shipment:
- Inspect all boxes before signing the delivery papers. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading. If internal damage is suspected, ask the driver to wait while you open the boxes. If the driver refuses, note a "possible hidden damage" on the Bill of Lading. Open boxes as soon as possible, within 3 days of delivery.
Shipment Refusal & Carrier Fees:
- Call us before refusing a shipment due to damage. If carrier fees apply due to missed delivery appointments, these fees will be transferred to the customer and billed on the credit card.
Returns & Refunds:

Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and most returns require a 25% restocking fee.

For refunds before shipping, a 2.9% administration fee will be deducted to cover credit card transaction fees.

To be eligible for a return, contact our customer service for a Return Authorization Number. The item must be unused, in the original packaging.
Non-Returnables:

All Dundalk Liesurecraft products are non-returnable. Sales are FINAL.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If issues persist, contact us at sales@elitevitalityco.com.
Sales Items:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise indicated.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, email us at sales@elitevitalityco.com for instructions.
Shipping:
- To return a product, request a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is over $500, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
