Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently offer shipping exclusively to the lower 48 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations at this time.
Processing Time:
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and quality of each order before it is dispatched for shipment.
Product Build Notice:
In certain cases, products may need to be built or customized by our suppliers before shipment. If your order falls into this category, we will promptly notify you via email. Please be aware that all PENT products are custom hand made products which can take on average between 8-16 weeks for delivery from when orders are placed.
Shipping Duration:
Once your order has been processed, please expect a shipping time of 5-10 business days. This time frame includes the transit time from the warehouse to your delivery address. Note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary based on factors such as location and shipping carrier delays. Note that PENT products are the lone exception at this time as they are custom hand made items which take between 8-16 weeks on average for delivery once an order is placed.
Shipping Carriers:
We work with reputable shipping carriers such as FedEx, and UPS to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your high-ticket items. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress in real-time.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location within the lower 48 states.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. This will enable you to track the shipment's progress and anticipate its arrival.
Delivery Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Updates:
In the event of any unexpected delays or issues with your shipment, our customer support team will promptly notify you and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.
DAMAGES INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT:
While damage is rare, there are two possible types of damage that could occur to a shipment: Visible damage (damaged container/crate)
Concealed damage (damaged contents, with undamaged container).
Visible damage or item shortages must be reported on the delivery receipt (be as specific as possible). Concealed damage, discovered upon opening packaging, must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
