Construction:

Dreampod elevates the design of the V2 Tank, ensuring both robustness and user-friendly operation. The door, crafted for durability, opens and closes seamlessly, thanks to top-tier gas springs. The single-piece die-cast aluminum handle enhances strength and longevity.

Internally, the V2 Tank boasts the same polished coating as its exterior. A discreet passive air circulation system maintains an optimal floating experience without compromising temperature control or soundproofing. The anti-slip surface on the floor enhances safety.

The high-power lighting system creates a serene ambiance with captivating animations, including Chakra colors during floats. Controlled by an internal button, the lighting system complements the tranquil experience. Tactile transducers embedded in the front ensure exceptional underwater acoustics.

Electrical System:

Built for reliability, the V2 Tank sources critical components from the U.S. and Europe, certified for quality by standard certification bodies. The pump, a powerful magnetic drive shaft pump, operates quietly and is resistant to corrosion. The heater, a high-efficiency titanium heat exchanger, delivers over 2000W and prioritizes safety.

An electrical leakage protection (GFC) safeguards the electronic system both inside and outside the electrical box. For enhanced safety, a water leakage sensor, strategically placed, activates water pumps and can notify a registered mobile phone via SMS if leakage is detected.

Water Hygiene:

Dreampod's commitment to water hygiene is evident in the comprehensive features of its float tanks. The custom-built stainless steel enclosure houses a replaceable 10-micron filter bag, capable of filtering debris as small as 1/4 the size of a human hair. The water undergoes UV light treatment, ensuring the elimination of micro-organisms that may survive the extreme salt content.

The Dreampod sets a new standard by introducing a dual chemical injection system, allowing users to combine two chemical disinfectants of their choice for unparalleled water hygiene.

Leakage Sensor with SMS: Should the unfortunate happen and water exit the Dreampod, a floor sensor (optional) will be activated and alert your by SMS to a phone number of your choice.
System Watchdog: The Dreampod System Watchdog (optional) keeps an eye on things like water temperature and idle patterns and can alert our service technicians if issues arise.

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either

(a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or

(b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion.

In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
